Branch Administrator Needed - Cookeville, TN .  We have an immediate full-time, operational position opening for a Branch Administrator in a specialized heavy equipment facility in Cookeville, TN.  Successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of excavators, skid steers, material handlers and attachments, and related experience in the heavy equipment field, including parts and repair.  Duties include, but are not limited to, taking customer calls and identifying their needed repairs and parts, as well as dispatching mechanics to jobsites, working closely with manufacturers to assist technicians in ordering the correct parts and communicating with manufacturers to obtain warranty approvals, receiving parts requests from internal and external customers, dealing with vendors to obtain part costs and availability, ordering parts, verifying accuracy of orders and opening sales and work orders.  Individual must have the ability to assist technicians with repair issues both in the field and in the shop.  Strong computer knowledge is required.
