Who is Company Wrench?
We are a family-oriented, specialty equipment dealership with 13 locations in the U.S. We sell, rent, service, and supply parts for a variety of machines and attachments in the demolition, construction, recycling, and forestry industries. Our diverse product offering, expert technicians, and commitment to providing the “Cutting Edge” of Customer Service have created lasting partnerships across the country. Above all else, we are problem solvers with the resources and ability to support our customers when they need it most.
How did Company Wrench get its name?
Brad Hutchinson started the company in 1999 as a truck, trailer, and equipment repair shop with 24-hour wrecker and recovery services in Fairfield County, Ohio. At that time, one repairman was responsible for servicing all of the company’s vehicles and equipment. He was known for making difficult repairs under tight deadlines. Hutchinson relied on this repairman — or the “company wrench” — to ensure equipment was ready for work on a moment’s notice. From that point forward, we mirrored our services after the work ethic, enthusiasm, and expertise of that repairman.
How did Company Wrench grow?
In 2001, we transitioned away from the truck repair business and entered the heavy equipment industry. Our initial offering consisted of renting excavators equipped with LaBounty attachments. By 2005, we were the leading LaBounty dealer in the world — a title we still hold today. Over time, we added employees and branch locations across the country. We also partnered with a number of respected manufacturers to service customers in multiple markets, including Kobelco, Fuchs, C.W. Machine Worx, JCB, SANY, Fecon, Prinoth, and Bandit.

Our commitment to providing the “Cutting Edge” of Customer Service separates us from other equipment dealerships. Our customers allow us to serve them, and we must earn their business every single day. We also recognize there would be no Company Wrench without our employees. This is why we made our employees owners of the company in 2018 by implementing an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Carrier Sales & Rentals
As a Kobelco dealer and JCB dealer, we carry a full line of equipment for sale or rent. Company Wrench also carries the full line of Terex/Fuchs material handlers and is the leading Terex Fuchs dealer in the country.
Attachment Sales & Rentals
Company Wrench is the #1 dealer of LaBounty products in the world. We carry shears, pulverizers, processors, grapples, and hammers. We also carry products from the top manufacturers such as Stanley Hydraulics’ breakers and vibratory compactors; Paladin/JRB buckets, thumbs, and couplers; and Winkle magnets and generator sets.
Heavy Equipment Service
Without our parts and service mechanics, Company Wrench would never have achieved its current level of growth. Customers seek us out as an equipment distributor for our product lines, but they keep coming back for our service.
