CW Machine Worx is Company Wrench's own in-house manufacturing and fabricating company. We manufacture the Dust Destroyer, which is a leading dust control machine. We also fabricate custom parts for our equipment.

We offer a full service heavy equipment shop and on-site services for all equipment. We also offer you 24 hour on-call services. We have shops in 8 of our locations all the way from Washington to Florida.

Training Schedule
Fall Shear Training Class
Dates: October 9th - 11th, 2012
Location: Company Wrench Training Facility – Carroll, OH
Material Covered:
- Front to back shear training to include the blade flip process, blade seat maintenance,
proper shimming, welding maintenance of upper & lower jaws, evaluation and maintenance
of main pivot area, shear cylinder evaluation, speed valve adjustments, swivel manifold
and rotation bearing inspection, proper fit up to the carrier, what to cut/what not to cut.
- Carrier trouble shooting to include hydraulic/electrical circuit evaluation and inspection,
checking flows and pressures to all shear circuits, elimination of carrier for sub-par shear
operation, proper sizing carrier to shear, do’s and don’ts of shear use.
- Combined classroom and shop/field training on new and used shears! All classroom training
material is provided!!
